This is a gorgeous, variegated form of Aloe arborescens.   This Aloe forms a slow growing multi-headed shrub at least 2-3 feet high and 2-3 feet wide.  Individual heads can reach 24 inches across. In Winter, large 2 foot spikes of bright orange flowers are produced.  A heavy and reliable bloomer that is loved by hummingbirds!  
 
Part sun (full sun in mild climates), well drained soil and occasional to infrequent water once established.
Hardy to approx. 20 degrees (with some cover).
