This is one of our top five very favorite Dyckia hybrids! We believe that it is possibly a cross of D. 'Gran Marnier' x 'Keswick'. The leaves are wide and thick with a very dark purple-mahogany color. The teeth are SUPER thick and frosty. They feel like a large tooth comb. Individual heads get to approx. 6-8 inches across and it will pup to form a tight colony approx. 12-14 inches across. A truly spectacular hybrid! Bright orange flowers on tall spikes in spring-summer. A fantastic color and texture in the drought tolerant or rock garden. A great one for the Bromeliad collector. Sale plant is the actual plant in the photos. It will be shipped bare-root
