A beautiful variegated form of Agave titanota.  Leaves are margined in creamy white with nice wavy spines. Sale plant is the actual one in the photos.
 
Full sun  and well drained soil.  
Very drought tolerant but grows more quickly with some supplemental summer water.  
Hardy to approx. 25 degrees F.
