Agave 'Praying Mantis'- This beautiful new Steve Super Hybrid is a cross of Agave salmiana var. ferox x 'Sharkskin' We've grown it for several years and it is completely stable.  A gorgeous architectural Agave, growing 4-5 feet tall and equally as wide.  Very wide, thick leaves are deeply cupped and curve upward and inward with a long black tip spine.  Large, beautiful serrated marginal teeth.  A real knockout!
 
Full sun.
Well-drained soil with occasional water.  Needs little to no irrigation, when mature.
Hardy to approx. 15-20 degrees
